The Managing Director of NLPC PFA Limited, Mr Wale Kolawole, has said that the survival of the Pension Funds Administrators depend on excellence service.

Kolawole said this during a pension interactive forum in Lagos.

He said, “The survival of Pension Fund Administrators would depend largely on service delivery.

“Based on this, special focus has been placed by NLPC Pension Fund Administrators on these key areas of its operations:

“Prompt crediting of contributions and SMS alert that shows the contributions credited with the closing investment value, achieving excellent returns on investment and ensuring that benefits are paid speedily.”

According to him, all these were being done because NLPC PFA has capacity and capabilities in terms of Information Technology Infrastructures and experienced professionals.

Kolawole said quality service delivery was the key for survival and should be embraced by the operators.
