By Ngozi Onyeakusi—AXA Mansard Insurance Plc announced the resignation of its Non- Executive Director, Mr. Ohis Ohiwerei from the Board effective August 31, 2021.

According to firms filling with the Nigerian Exchange said the board and management of the company commended Mr. Ohis Ohiwerei for his leadership and overall contribution to the growth of the company during his tenure on the board.
“The approval of the regulators is currently being sought for his replacement,” the notice said.
