Momah said it was one of the grave keepers that saw them and called the attention of vigilantes who subsequently apprehended them and handed them over to the police.
The defendant: Adekunle Mufutau (50), Abdulwaheed Omolewa (46), Adeleke Nosiru (45), Kazeem Laisisi (36) and Babatunde Omoleye (30), who were charged with conspiracy and unlawful possession of human parts, denied the charges.
The magistrate, Mrs Adeola Adedayo, granted them bail in the sum of N200,000 each with two sureties in like sum and adjourned the case to May 9th.
