By Ngozi Onyeakusi—National Pension Commission (PenCom) in a bid to achieve the objectives of the guidelines earlier released for RSA Residential Mortgage has entered into partnership with the Federal Mortgage Bank of Nigeria (FMBN) .

Consequently, the Management of FMBN led by the Chief Executive Officer Mr Madu Hamman paid a courtesy visit to PenCom.
Speaking during the visit Hamman commended PenCom for the issuance of Guidelines on Accessing on Retirement Savings Account (RSA) balance towards the payment of equity Contribution for Residential
Mortgage by RSA holders.
He expressed that PenCom partnering FMBN will aid to achieve the objectives of the guidelines.
He also stated that FMBN was committed to working with PenCom to ensure delivery of accessible home ownership for RSA holders
