FBN Insurance Limited has appreciated excellent performance by rewarding its outstanding workers. Those recognised at the company’s Annual Retail Awards held at the company’s Retail Office in Lagos recently were the financial advisors, sales managers and senior sales managers.
Speaking at the event, head, retail distribution, FBN Insurance Ltd., Dr. Odinakachi Umekwe, appreciated the board and management of FBN Insurance for their continuous support and also congratulated all the financial advisors, sales managers and senior sales managers for a successful and rewarding 2015. He also used the opportunity to encourage the winners not to rest on their oars but to keep striving for better performance which will ultimately lead to better rewards.
“They say the reward for hard work is more work. For us at FBN Insurance, when you work hard enough, you will be rewarded as you can see today with our overall winner (financial advisor’s category) who will drive home in a brand new Hyundai Accent,” he said.
While presenting the overall winner, Ms Iyogwoya Roseline Pius with the keys to a car, the managing director, FBN Insurance Ltd., Mr. Valentine Ojumah, paid glowing tributes to the retail team.
“You guys pay our salaries. Without a virile Retail team, we won’t be where we are today. Thank you for a job well done. But we still have work to do. Insurance penetration is still very low in this part of the world, let’s go out there and do more. There is much more to be done,” he said.
