Press Release: Christian Press Association of Nigeria (CPAN) will host Mr. Femi Adeshina, Special Adviser, Media and Publicity, to President Muhammadu Buhari, to a Breakfast Meeting on Saturday, January 25, 2019, in Lagos.

The meeting, scheduled to hold at Faith Revival Apostolic Church (FRAC), Egbeda, Lagos, will address The Christian in Government: Issues and Perspectives with Adeshina being put on the hot seat in a Question & Answer session.

CPAN President, Bola Adewara, said the meeting will provide a platform for Christians to learn how they can work in government without compromising their faith.

At CPAN executive meeting held recently in Lagos, Adewara disclosed that participants will be given an opportunity to ask Adeshina questions on his experience and performance as a Christian in government.

Adewara, however, pointed that the meeting is not a platform for political campaign ahead the 2019 general elections in the country.

He explained that the Breakfast Meeting is a new programme by CPAN to invite people from all spheres of life on a monthly basis to address salient issues as they relate to the growth and development of Christianity in Nigeria.

Some important dignitaries, including prominent Christian leaders in the country, are being expected at the Breakfast meeting which starts 10am.
