The Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) says it will commence registration for April 2026 Professional Examinations
from Monday, December 1st 2025 to Saturday, January 31st, 2026 at www.ciinigeria.org

The institute therefore nvites online entries for the examinations from interested persons within and outside the insurance industry.

It equally invites Associates and Fellows of the Institute to register for the Post-AIIN April 2026 Examination Diet in LossAdjusting Practice during the same period.
Late registration according to CIIN is open from Sunday, February 1, 2026 to Saturday, February 14, 2026.

All prospective candidates for the institute’s examinations, the institute said  are required as a prerequisite to register as members of the institute.

CIIN equally  noted that Candidates intending to commence the examination must have passed the SSCE or GCE examination with credit in English Laguage and Mathematics at not more than three sittings while candidates for the post- AIIN Examination must be AIIN/FIIN members.

It stated that request for change of subject and/or centre will not be entertained after Saturday, February 14, 2026 while  withdrawal from examination after Saturday, February 14, 2026 is NOT allowed.

Copies of coursebooks, according to the institute are available at the Secretariat and designated CIIN Chapters nationwide and digitally.

Candidates are encouraged to attend tutorial classes even as it assired that a list of accredited tutorial centers is available on the Institute’s website and can be accessed via this link:

Examinations

Rebates on Fees are available to undergraduates of insurance discipline
from any of the Institute’s Accredited Tertiary Institutions in Nigeria.

Candidates can also make enquiries at the various Chapters of the Institute nationwide and Internationally.
