By Ngozi Onyeakusi— FBN Holdings Plc shareholders has declared a total dividend of N16.15 billion for the financial year ended Dec. 31, 2020.

The shareholders approved the dividend at the company’s ninth Annual General Meeting held by proxy in Lagos.
