Custodian Investment Plc., the parent of Custodian and Allied Insurance limited and Custodian Life Assurance Limited has launched a chatbox known as  Max, the Nigeria’s first insurance chatbox.
The innovation was born out of the desire to make the firm’s products and services available at peoples convenience.
The Max chatbox was equally designed to create awareness as well as equip the firm’s teaming customers of easy, fast and suitable channel to interact with the company.
The new technology, which is social media driven, especially Facebook has the capacity of linking customers to various products being offered by the company.
Through this platform, customers can easily start and conclude their insurance purchases as well as report claims.
Custodian Max chatbox which is in line with insurance industrys regulatory body, the National Insurance Commission (NAICOMs) directive does not only assure convenience in procuring insurance products but makes payment of such policies seamless.
The new technology makes claims settlement prompt.
Speaking at a Media launch of  the device  today in Lagos, the Chief Technology Officer, Custodian and Allied Plc. Esomchi Nwofor assured that Custodian Max was deployed to provide a suitable means to interact and engage the firm.
