The CIPM 9th HR Oscars™ is a rigorous assessment of organizations across different industries and categories and evaluates whether a company practices exceptional HR standards, implements outstanding HR initiatives, and promotes best-in-class disability inclusion practices. Their goal is to identify best practices and recognize achievements. As such, the CIPM relies on independent advisers to assess for recognition the demonstrated proof of positive business impact based on the change, initiative, program, or process improvement described in the applicants’ submissions.
